Our Responsibilities as Property Managers
- Managing Tennent Issues, Problems and Concerns.
- Supervising and Scheduling all Required Maintenance.
- Paying All Bills and Keeping Accurate and Organized Records.
- Preparing Monthly Reports and Communicate with the Owner.
- Advertising, Scheduling Appointments and Showing Apartments.
- Screening Tenants, Checking References, Verifying Employment and all Pertinent Background Information.
- Collecting & Depositing Rents on a Timely Basis and Enforcing Building Rules / Eviction Policies in the case of non-payment of rent.
